At Blugems Nutrition, we aim to get your Ayurvedic and wellness products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery timelines, and charges.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
During sale periods or high-demand launches (such as new Wellness Kit restocks), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹the estimated timeframe shown during checkout or order confirmation
- A flat shipping fee of ₹the stated applies to orders below this amount
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional COD handling fee of ₹the stated

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, local disruptions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order anytime using the Track Order page on our website.

In-Store Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping altogether? You can place your order online and pick it up directly from our store at:

Select “Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection — usually within a few hours during business hours.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sahildhankhar130@gmail.com or +91 9996805000 with your order number and photos of the damaged product/packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at Sahildhankhar130@gmail.com or +91 9996805000 with your order number, and we’ll investigate with our courier partner right away.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship only within India. We hope to expand to international shipping soon — stay tuned!
